3. Quotations, Orders and Product Enquiries

Any prices, product references, service descriptions or timelines shown on this website are for general guidance only unless confirmed in a written quotation issued by Infirma-Tech.

Submitting an enquiry, quote request, cart request or contact form does not create a binding sale agreement. A binding agreement will arise only once Infirma-Tech has confirmed the relevant order, scope and pricing in writing.

Product availability, lead times, service scope and final pricing may depend on site conditions, stock availability, supplier availability, delivery requirements, installation requirements and final project specifications.

4. Pricing and VAT

Unless clearly stated otherwise, pricing displayed on the website may be shown for guidance only and may be subject to change. Delivery, installation, special materials, travel and site-specific requirements may be excluded unless expressly included in a formal quotation.

Delivery periods, installation dates or service timeframes supplied by Infirma-Tech are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Performance timelines may be affected by access to site, client delays, third-party suppliers, stock lead times, project dependencies and safety or compliance requirements.

Where delivery or installation is requested, the client is responsible for providing accurate address details, access arrangements and any relevant site information needed for performance.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds will be considered in line with the nature of the goods or services involved, supplier conditions, the Consumer Protection Act where applicable and any written quotation or supply terms issued for the relevant transaction.

Custom orders, special procurement items, site-based services, inspection work already performed and project work already scheduled or completed may not qualify for cancellation or refund except where required by law.

If a transaction qualifies as an electronic transaction to which a statutory cooling-off right applies, the customer will retain that right subject to the terms, exceptions and conditions provided by South African law.
